Registration Information
Admission to the private wards and private operating theaters of the Princess Margaret Hospital requires completion of the registration process. The following information is required for the registration:
1. Admission request form from your Physician.
2. Insurance Coverage Information (if applicable)
3. Completed Admission Registration Form (This can be completed online via the patient registration link above)
4. Receipt of Payment of admission deposit
5. Copies of legal identification of patient and guarantor.
On completion of these items and the processing of the registration form, you will receive a cleared for admissions form for presentation when being admitted to the hospital.
Billing Information
Patients receiving care in the Private Wards of the Princess Margaret Hospital can expect to receive billings from the various providers. These can include your physician, the Princess Margaret Hospital, Anaesthesia Associates Medical Group, and Physicians Alliance Limited.
At the time of admission, patients may be required to make an initial deposit. This deposit is determined by the insurance coverage in place (if any) and the service that the patient is receiving. Patients are advised of the required deposit after the registration information is provided and the verification process is completed.
The final billing is provided after discharge and is provided via the communication method provided at the time of registration.
